Albir’s beach rules! – Our lovely blue flag beach is for everyone to enjoy, but certain rules apply. You will find these on several notice boards displayed on the beach.
Most of these are obvious to civilised people –
Respect the flags;
Green for swimming permitted:
Yellow for taking care.
Red for swimming forbidden.
Put your rubbish in the bins provided, do not light fires, street vendors not allowed, neither is camping or taking pebbles away.
Dogs are not allowed on the beach and must be on a lead on the promenade.
The notice also shows that skateboards and bikes are forbidden on the promenade.
There is a blue cycle path especially for such activities – Let’s make it a super summer for us all and respect the laws of the beach!
