Albir’s beach rules!

Our lovely blue flag beach is for everyone to enjoy, but certain rules apply. You will find these on a notice board there.

Most of these are obvious to civilized people – Respect the flags; green for swimming permitted, yellow for taking care, and red for swimming forbidden, put your rubbish in the bins provided, do not light fires, street vendors not allowed, neither is camping or taking pebbles away. Most people obey these  but recently we have seen dogs running on the beach – they are only allowed on the promenade and must be on a lead.

The notice also shows that skateboards and bikes are forbidden on the promenade. There is a blue cycle path especially for such activities.

Let’s make it a super summer for us all and respect the laws of the beach!
